Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
∎ CSM, CSPO Certifications are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our payment service/product. Identify market trends, customer needs, and business goals to drive product direction.
∎ Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business value.
∎ Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Ensure timely and high-quality product development.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies. Use this information to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
∎ User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the product is intuitive, reliable, and meets the needs of both businesses and end-users.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams, executives, and external partners. Build consensus and support for product initiatives.
∎ Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including defining release goals, monitoring launch progress, and analyzing post-launch performance. Iterate and improve based on user feedback and data.
∎ Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and regularly assess and report on product performance. Use data to make informed decisions.
∎ Compliance: Ensure that the payment product complies with industry regulations and security standards, including PCI DSS, and stay updated on changes in payment processing regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry or relevant experience.
∎ Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and related technologies.
∎ Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
∎ Experience with payment compliance and security standards is a plus.
