Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams/vendors throughout the project.
∎ Validate technical documentation, wireframes, rapid prototypes, user flows/process flow for effective communication and interaction.
∎ Cultivate a collaborative working environment with the production team and internal cross-functional teams.
∎ Playing a role as both project planner and/or team member in the production team to ensure on-time and efficient delivery.
∎ Coordinate with production staff to develop script content, including Bangla/English translations for subtitles and validate the transcripts.
∎ Acts as director for simple video shoots, including maintaining the production schedule. Responsible for all aesthetics as well as technical considerations including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
∎ Supervising the rendering of video and audio, gathers music, voiceovers, and sound effects (audio engineering), and Bangla/English subtitles.
∎ Maintain organized files of images, footage, and recordings for archiving and repurposing.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years

∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to establish and maintain an effective collaborative environment.
∎ Demonstrate professional craftsmanship and techniques in filming, photography, editing, and pre/post-production.
∎ Ability to Multitasking with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
∎ Promote high standards of integrity & able to handle confidential matters along with positive attitude, ownership, and initiative.
