Job Context:
∎ Audit, risk and compliance Manager ensure transparency, accountability, consistency and integrity of resource utilization by all projects and offices within operations in Bangladesh. Ensure strict respect of fundamental principles of financial management; Ensure governance and donor compliances; Provide risk assessment and advice on internal control system to senior management.
∎ Contract length: 12 months with possibility of extension
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as an internal audit manager;
∎ Minimum 7 years of proven work Experience of working in a busy Finance or Audit department, special preference to work experience in INGO;
∎ Excellent knowledge national VAT and other tax rule & regulations;
∎ Excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standard;
∎ Excellent knowledge of International Auditing Standard.
∎ Hands-on experience with designing and executing successful internal audit;
∎ Hands-on experience of coordination of donors' audit;
∎ Experience of compiling and presenting reports and analyzing data;
∎ Experience of accountancy could be additional asset.
Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary from BDT 93,699 to 107,212 upon experience;
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).

∎ Leaves:
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎
∎ Training :
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge;
∎ Technical trainings at HQ Paris or regional level (averagely 1 per year);
∎ Intermission Workshop once a year;
∎ Participation to external trainings costs upon eligibility of the request.
