∎ Minimum Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business/Administration studies major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is preferred.

∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in this specific area of job specially in a hospital.
∎ Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and internal control procedures.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
∎ Strong communication and time management skills.
∎ Good verbal and writing skill in Bangla and English language.
∎ Must have Computer proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Bangla & English typing, Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited, Dhaka is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Audit Officer for its sister concern Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular audits of financial records, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
∎ Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and documentation to identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of financial systems and processes, and make recommendations for enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on financial best practices, policies, and procedures.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans to address identified issues.
∎ Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and monitor ongoing compliance.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.
∎ Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
