Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall management of convention center operations on a day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales, property appearance, and cost control.
∎ Managing party reservations in professional manner.
∎ Responsible for operation and maintenance of all mechanical and technical systems in the convention center
∎ Implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to Convention Center operations.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
∎ Develop guest relations and staffs skill.
∎ Deal with guest complaints enquiries and comments.
∎ Accounting and monthly reporting to the authority.
∎ Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of convention center.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety.
∎ Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned and needed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 5-7 years practical work experience in reputed Convention Center/Chain Restaurant.
∎ Must be experienced in guest service & party reservation.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest and sincere.

Salary: Negotiable
