Experience:

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Masters

• Masters in Concerned Subject.

• B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.

• No third class/division is acceptable at any level.

• 6 to 12 years

• Age 38 to 55 years

• Strong subject knowledge.

• Proficiency in English.

• Patience, enthusiasm, and a compassionate attitude towards students.

• Punctuality and a sense of responsibility.

• Active participation in School events.

• Attending/participating in the activities/program/seminar/workshop as or when required.

• Training on teaching methodology will be added as advantages.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.

Subjects: English, Bangla, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, ICT, BGS

Responsibilities- Asst. Professor

• Must have a positive mindset to do any given job by the authority including the duty of Academic Coordinator. (If selected as an Academic Coordinator, post benefit will be added.)
• Offering academic support and advice to the students’.
• Preparing lesson plans, digital content and relevant teaching-learning materials.
• Encouraging students in the interactive classroom sessions.
• Attending faculty meeting and offering different possible solutions.
• Communicating with the Academic Coordinators and Principal to discuss students’ progress and other course requirements.
• Analyzing results with necessary prescriptions for further improvement.
• Take at least 20-22 classes per week, along with the Evening Prep class and Morning Extra classes.
• Must be willing to take Extra-Support Classes if necessary.
• Preparing remedy plans and taking necessary action for the weak learners.
• Take responsibility to do the assigned Committee activities properly. Additionally, must be willing to prepare students for the different co-curricular activities and work as club convener.
• Motivate students through positive feedback and verbal appreciation.
