Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Able to prepare all kinds of Cash Incentive file and details with audit firm Independently.
∎ • Manage all banking activities, to Import/Export follow up current customs rules & regulations related.
∎ • HS code of various importable items with current duty structure.
∎ • Prepare Certificate with full Particulars of BTB LC has open in a Particular job for obtaining certification form issuing Bank.
∎ • Fill in form KA & KAH with correct particulars for Cash Incentive.
∎ • Prepare draft certificate form BGMEA/BKMEA.
∎ • Prepare undertaking concerning correctness, genuineness of application as per Bangladesh Bank Circular.
∎ • Collecting cash BTMA certificate from Bank/Supplier/Mills.
∎ • Ascertain total net weight in kgs of particular job for calculation of claiming amount.
∎ • keeping follow-up to expedite although on the application by Bangladesh Bank appointed audit team for getting certificates and as well as benefits.
∎ • Preparing year wise statement regarding total Cash Incentive Claim in details.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • This position demands highly willingly self-work for Cash Incentive all procedure Knowledge
∎ • Minimum 05 years’ experience in any 100% export-oriented Garment Industry in Similar Position.
∎ • Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ • Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy
∎ • Understand complexity of supply chain activities
∎ • Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within the network
∎ • Entrepreneurial, self -motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ • Strong organizational skills.
