Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Team Leadership
· Lead, organize, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
· Motivate and mentor team members to ensure high performance and strong teamwork.
· Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to build an efficient sales force.
Marketing & Lead Generation
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on property sales.
· Collect qualified leads, monitor sales pipelines, and support the sales team for successful closures.
· Innovate new marketing ideas, tools, and customer engagement activities to enhance lead flow.
Customer Relationship & Corporate Communication
· Build strong relationships with professionals, business networks, and potential customers.
· Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a positive office environment and strong team communication.
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
· Analyze the real estate market and provide insights on trends, pricing, and competition.
· Forecast sales, revenue, and budgets with proper planning and execution.
· Submit regular performance reports to management.
Other Responsibilities
· Work closely with Management on strategic sales initiatives.
· Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Management.
