Responsibilities & Context:
AB Life Science Looking for Quality Control(Q.C) Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager for our Factory who will check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for an Excipients & Bulk Drugs manufacturing company, as well as the production procedures. This job involves tasks such as running tests, keeping a record of defects, analyzing products, and overseeing procedures.
Monitoring Operations:
After approving the production processes by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests, quality control monitors the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, communicating any required changes to the production supervisor.
Maintaining Records of Testing:
As part of their daily tasks, quality control inspectors maintain detailed records of the testing that’s been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.
Testing & Inspecting Procedures:
Conduct quality control testing and inspection of materials using advanced analytical equipment such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultraviolet (UV) Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, and Karl Fischer Titration (KFT). Ensure that all procedures and products are tested and inspected to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Creating Reports:
From the data collected from inspections, quality control create reports for the quality manager of the company to highlight issues, detail the number of defective products being produced, and explain where improvements can be made.
Handling of QSM (OOS, deviation, change control etc.)
Preparing & Maintaining SOP’s.
Validation & Calibration of analytical test method & laboratory equipment.
