Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Reviewing & monitoring of internal compliance & regulatory system & recommending improvements.
∎ Developing & implementing compliance strategies in line with business plan & labor law.
∎ Conduct internal compliance audits & inspections across all operational departments, including production, SCM, HR, Store, Warehouse, IT & Accounting Standards to ensure adherence to company policy & legal requirements.
∎ Ensure Govt. rules compliance are following correctly as well as legal policy & procedure.
∎ Provide regular compliance reports to top management & recommend corrective action where necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
