Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with the buyers and manufacturers and establish a network.
∎ Visit our factories and Visit Partners factories.
∎ Maintain relationship with sourcing partners. Collect price quotation and sample/swatches according to Client’s inquiry to effectively carry out operation.
∎ Find new sourcing partners. Create and update different database for sourcing partners/ products and follow up.
∎ Supervise Sample developments.
∎ Initiating Agreements with corporate partners
∎ Sales/Marketing Knowledge of B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms
∎ Create Presentations and Reports
∎ Work with Singaporean tech team to incorporate LET software in factories.
∎ Marketing Promotion for LET among our Corporate Partners.
∎ Co-ordinate with our Logistic partners
∎ Prepare report for the client and management and presents important data and analytics when required. Prepares necessary documents and forward to appropriate departments.
∎ Ensure order delivery within deadline.
∎ Contacts, establish agreement and follow up with third parties/vendors.
∎ Support COO and responsible for other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must be a relentless executor for a growth focused role.
∎ Ability to work under pressure Balance multiple projects and strict deadlines.
∎ Great presentation and Research skill (Good in PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent in drafting
∎ Fluent in English
