Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Lot Sales
∎ Analyze to market activities as per senior’s instructions
∎ To create new customer to accrue the individual sales target
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance company products
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 04 years of experience in Senior Executive position and 06 years of experience including 02 years in Assistant Manager Position
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference
∎ Strong leadership capability & team building efficiency expected
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangla and English required
Salary: Negotiable
