Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct marketing and sales of Walton Brand Products from showroom (e.g. Refrigerator, Freezer,Air conditioner,Television, Laptop, Cellphone, Home appliances and electrical items etc.)
∎ Achieve sales target monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly provided by management.
∎ Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
∎ Monitor sales activities and to ensure satisfactory services to the customers.
∎ Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotion activities.
∎ Maintain business relationship with different corporate house and institutions.
∎ Identify the market gaps and make the coverage plan.
∎ Prepare daily marketing activities report and make a future work plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates experienced in a micro finance sector will get preference.
∎ Must have strong computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, PPT Presentation and MS Outlook.
∎ Capable of riding motorcycle.
∎ Smart candidates having stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Habituated to work for long working hour.
∎ Analytical approach to decision making.
