Job Context:
∎ Safari Trade International is a leading Building construction and electrical equipment supplying company in Bangladesh. We are working with handful of Mega projects in Bangladesh, specializing in waterproofing materials for civil construction. We are looking for target-oriented energetic people to lead our Sales & Marketing Team. The job location is basically Dhaka but the employee will require visiting clients’ projects throughout the whole Bangladesh.
∎ What we are looking for:
∎ Good leadership and effective execution skills.
∎ Self-motivated and result-oriented.
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant products.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ We will give special priority to those who have experience in marketing/selling Waterproofing products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target-oriented, and able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Make a presentation to potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and take necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
∎ Leads the Sales Territory executives, sales planning, and monitoring Trade/ Corporate sales.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
∎ Responsible for on-the-job training and development of front-line sales force team.
∎ Coordinates with the Division's head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Developing a strong and motivated sales team and good trade relationships.- Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
