Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business Development & Sales:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Drive sales growth by retaining existing business and penetrating new orders and ensuring their successful execution.Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and promote business expansion.Lead efforts in business development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

∎ Forecasting & Reporting:Accurately forecast sales orders and material needs to meet customer demand in executing the orders.Preparation of appropriate business reports on potential vs performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of sales achievements and material forecast.Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
