Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales, Real Estate Marketing, Selling Apartments and Commercial Space
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct Sales/Marketing.
∎ Must be Target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare report as required by management
∎ Market Visit, Client Hunt, Creating Market Opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients
∎ Build a strong relationship with customer
∎ Manage Existing & New Potential Customers by Personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Expected to be Target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Analyze to Market Activities as per senior's instructions
∎ To create new customer to accrue the individual sales target
∎ To ensure own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Effective Communication
