Manager, Sales Center for this Organization. The Asst. Manager, Sales Center should be manage the organization’s Sales, Operation, Database Management & Documentations.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Assist the sales manager in developing and executing sales campaigns to increase market share.

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities for data center solutions.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.

  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of data center services.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage prospect databases.

Business Development:

  • Research and qualify potential customers to assess their interest in data center services.

  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows to promote data center offerings.

Team Management & Motivation:

  • Support and motivate sales staff to meet performance targets.

  • Train and coach sales team members to improve performance and adherence to sales goals.
