Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre-final, and final inspection.
∎ To run the quality department successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implement in the production floor for achieving the best quality.
∎ Monitoring and ensure product quality through the fabric in-house to finished goods.
∎ To check accurately & understand all quality critical parameters of approved samples, pattern & related information receives from the buyer.
∎ Plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with buyers and production people.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyer's different specifications & requirements.
∎ Thorough knowledge of size set, pre-production activities, inline and final inspection with proper documentation.
∎ Work closely with CAD, Sample, Pattern, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Merchandising department.
∎ To find out the critical processes and technical issues and solve them during the production process with coordination with Production, Maintenance, and IE.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge of fabrics construction, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, wash, sample, chemical treatment etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (Europe & USA).
∎ Self - motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
