Responsibilities & Context:

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that increase revenue, drive business growth, and enhance the company’s brand reputation. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing and sales function, including market research, product development, pricing, promotions, advertising, and customer engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with revenue targets.

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Develop sales plans and strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with the sales team to identify target markets, sales channels, and pricing models.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers.

  • Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
