Job Summary

Coderstrust Bangladesh (CTBD) is looking for a Career Counseling Sales Executive to engage prospective students through telesales, web leads, referrals, and offline sources. The role involves counseling students on suitable courses, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students via telesales, cold calling, and outbound calls
• Provide career counseling and recommend suitable CTBD courses
• Convert leads into enrollments to meet monthly targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing
• Maintain lead and sales data using CRM/Excel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
• Prepare basic sales and enrollment reports
