Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Make proper planning for achieving monthly individual and team sales target.
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
∎ Generate Sales & marketing strategies.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
∎ Respond to the client's query at office and over telephone.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Manage database of marketing information of the industry.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
∎ Negotiating with customers.
∎ Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
∎ Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
∎ Make plan for credit recovering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience as Asst. Manager/ Manager on industrial machineries, furniture machine industries, automobile, metal industries sales and marketing
∎ Experience on CNC Router machine, Paper Cup machine, Concrete Block Machine sales and marketing will get preferences.
∎ Leadership ability
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Energetic and highly motivated
∎ Positive & must have Can do attitude
∎ Proactive and a good team player.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers.
∎ Very good knowledge of social media
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
