Context: We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Asst. Manager & Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The Candidate Must Have at Least 3-7 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).

• Corporate Sales/ Marketing.

• Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat.

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.

• Prepare report as required by management.

• Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.

• Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.

• Build a strong relationship with customer.

• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

• Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.

• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.

• Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
