Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for "Asst. manager/ Manager [Marketing & Sales - (Steel Building)]"

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & projects.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ Regularly monitor the Sales Executives; ensure their regular sales and promotions activities has been achieved.
∎ Lead a team of corporate sales force to meet assigned target.
∎ Develop, plan and drive sales initiates to achieve set goals by monitoring and motivating sales team.
∎ Manage existing corporate clients as well as create new corporate clients.
∎ Prepare & maintain client's database (existing & upcoming).
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping company goodwill.
∎ Ensure customer service and dissolve the customers complain, if any.
∎ Maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing & prospective clients.
∎ Ability to handle Tender issues, Project Work and Special Product Work.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Corporate sales and Marketing, B2B Sales, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent communication skills, PRESENTATION SKILLS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Minimum 3 years experiences in senior role, Prefabricated Steel Building Organization
∎ Experience in Pre-fabricated Steel Building is highly preferable.
∎ Smart and self-motivated.
∎ Must be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Understand Client's need and identify the scope for sales opportunity.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Computer proficiency.
