Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager Finance & Accounts will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial & accounting standing of the company. The ideal candidate will help to execute financial accounting strategies and policies, and provide assist to the supervisor to make standard strategies and policies. The Manager finance & accounts will ensure companies have the cash and liquidity to meet its obligations as per requirements. He/She will be involved in securing credit from banks and other sources. He/She able to manage the subordinates to meet the require goals.
∎ Key Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement as per IAS, BAS & GAAP and control over the movement.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank & Customer/Guest Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Prepare operational budget for annually.
∎ Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are properly done in a timely manner.
∎ Comply with all corporate accounting procedure.
∎ To ensure hotel operation complied with the hotel management agreement and the local statutory / Fiscal requirements.
∎ To check night audit report, product wise revenue.
∎ To check debtor and creditor list and maintain party ledger.
∎ To prepare monthly comparative expenditure and income statements.
∎ Maintain Inventory Control System.
∎ Coordinate and meet the audit requirements from both external & internal.
∎ Work as per annual budget and capital expenditure plans.
∎ Achieve budget revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction.
∎ Keep records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
∎ Assist the Supervisor and the Board Treasurer with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings and provide advice to support the decision making process.
∎ Oversee all accounting functions, including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, and Payroll an ordering procedure.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or reporting authorities.
