Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Communication & Information Technology / B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent.
∎ Government institutions will be given preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, maintain the Zimbra mail server on any Linux platform and ensure smooth incoming and outgoing mail transactions
∎ Ensure mail server backup and restore data, if necessary, setup a secondary backup mail server to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure mail server security and protect against all forms of hacking or spamming.
∎ Install, configure, maintain Active Directory on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
∎ Maintain group policies, file servers, data and user permissions in Active Directory and ensure backups from any disaster.
∎ Manage and monitor File, folder and User Permission on NAS and support the user as per requirement.
∎ Maintain documentation of network diagrams, job descriptions, equipment/accessories details etc.
∎ Always optimize the network for better performance and be able to detect any network crash and fix it immediately like a flood or attack.
∎ Set up and maintain networking devices like L3 switches and Mikrotik routers to manage LAN, VLAN, WAN, tunnels, bandwidth etc.
∎ System setup with Windows/Linux platform including web, mail, database, DNS, IP telephony
∎ Maintain cloud servers on various platforms like AWS, Azure etc. as and when required.
∎ Ensure backup of server, system, database, laptop, and desktop.
∎ Maintain local and server-based anti-virus software.
∎ Install, configure and maintain computer (desktop/laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
∎ Install and maintain CCTV and IP Camera NVR systems in large offices, factories and remote areas.
∎ Time Attendance Machine, manage attendance data backup and large-scale data recovery.
∎ Manage vendors to purchase IT products, and provide warranty and service of IT equipment.
∎ Any other job assigned from time to time by the management
