Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Zeerani Bazar, Kashimpur, Joydevpur, Gazipur
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, networking, server management, operating systems).
Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure and operations.
Ensure uptime of critical systems (ERP, email, databases, etc.).
Collaborate with the team to understand and analyze ERP requirements.
Proven experience with ERP implementation and post-live support.
Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Install and configure Windows Server; familiar with Active Directory (User, Computer, Organizational Unit, Group Policy).
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware promptly.
Manage and ensure prompt response and resolution to technical issues with your team.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Microsoft Office 365 configuration on user desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; OneDrive support and admin panel maintenance.
Oversee IT asset management (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.), including user assignments, hardware tracking, reallocation, service/damage records, and obsolete equipment.
Monitor the daily performance of computer systems.
Implement and monitor IT security policies (Mikrotik Router, antivirus, access controls).
Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
