Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and supervision of accounts and finance department by ensure of day to day all financial transactions and assist to Head of Group Finance and Accounts.
∎ Analysis of business, implementation of financial strategy, systems within the factory and Head office along with the group concerns.
∎ Take part in monthly/half yearly budget preparation and analyze the variance.
∎ Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Take part in financial/Credit proposal to the Bank and Non-Banking financial Institute.
∎ Record and analyze all the information of existing credit facilities with the Bank and Non-Banking financial Institute.
∎ Manage loan proposal and arrange alternative financing options when required.
∎ Ensure timely loan payments with Companies' policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Reconcile all the Bank transactions/Statements,
∎ Preparation of all kinds of financial reports, presentations as per management requirements
∎ Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ To ensure proper cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process in order to identify key/critical process to operate at optimum cost.
∎ Manage the strategic plan for improving wealth maximization of the company.
