∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the department's daily workflow (All types of branding), assign project workload in the team, and monitor deadlines
∎ Develop, design, innovative concept, and graphics for organizational marketing
∎ Develop Packaging Design, Master Visual, and Corporate Task as brief from the brand team
∎ Monitor brand campaigns in Digital Platform
∎ Brainstorm with the brand and digital team to produce new ideas for digital platform
∎ Check Chromatin, Shade card, and others printing materials
∎ Solve Technical Problem Solving
∎ Maintain brand aesthetic and standards across all platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ A strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including products such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
∎ Proven leadership skills and a talent for providing effective feedback and direction
∎ Keeping up to date with trends, analyzing and reporting to management
∎ Strong communication skills with a team player attitude
∎ Good knowledge of social media, audience engagement, and share-worthy content
∎ Know the ins and outs of all current and emerging social media platforms
∎ Drawing/Illustration skills
∎ Need typography and photography skills
∎ Sound knowledge in both digital and print media
