Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma Engineers with appropriate experience may also apply
∎ Candidates having certification in inventory management course will be preferable.

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle receiving and storing of the materials received through an authorized procedure in proper places.
∎ Maintain records of the quantity of materials/equipment/merchandise or supplies from purchase invoice, post total to record manually or by using the computer.
∎ Monitor issued materials against approved requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Verify clerical computation against physical count of stock, compare inventories to office records and adjust the error in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
∎ Prepare the list of depleted items and survey defective or unusable items.
∎ Prevent losses and breakdowns; watch, train and motivates subordinates in the same line.
∎ Maintain monthly materials consumption records and forwarded to respective personnel.
∎ Manage dead stock and leftover items if arises.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly or annual inventory report as required by the management or audit department.
∎ Maintain any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Inform the appropriate personnel in case of inventory balance goes below the minimum stock level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have vast knowledge to guide, monitor and supervise Store Management Team.
∎ Should be able to oversee pricing and stock control.
∎ Good writing & interpersonal communication skills and good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
∎ Should be dynamic and have a pleasant personality
∎ Should have experience in operating Inventory Management Software or ERP
Salary: Negotiable
