Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ CA (CC) Qualification is mandatory.

∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
∎ Prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget.
∎ Liaison and negotiating with financial institutions, banks for managing day to day treasury related function.
∎ Capable to prepare Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the accounts of the company efficiently
∎ To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax Act and Rules, 1991.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax Act & Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.
∎ Should have clear Knowledge over Customs Act, 1969.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 12.
∎ Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns through online in due time.
∎ Prepare and Submit 4.3 (Input-Output Co-efficient).
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Handling external Audit (Govt. & Private) for TAX accounts and other issues.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
∎ Demonstrated financial/business analysis/cost control skills.
∎ Highly motivated, self-starter, values oriented
∎ Good command on MS office and recognized accounting software.
