• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience, ideally in Denim, Woven, Spinning Industry.
• Mechanical Engr. & Electrical Engr. Work experience on Denim, Woven, Spinning Machineries Spare parts market rate, brand, origin, quality, spare parts stock, spare parts and lubricant consumption, procurement process, store receiving process, billing process and related engineering works.
• Civil Engr. Work experience on civil materials market rate, quality, procurement process, materials receiving process, Inventory, billing process and related engineering works.      
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of garments/textile manufacturing processes, especially in denim and woven segments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Analytical Skills: Attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Capable of handling large volumes of data and documentation for work purposes.
• Behavioral Skills: High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and factory management.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Purpose Statement

 The Assistant Manager – Audit supports the internal audit function by planning and conducting audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. The role involves identifying risks, evaluating controls, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Frequent travel to Habiganj, Konabari, and Shafipur is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the annual audit plan for Spinning, Denim, and Woven units.
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits aligned with internal policies and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls specific to production, inventory, procurement, and other key functions.
• Review and analyze end-to-end business processes across Spinning, Denim, and Woven operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps.
• Prepare clear, detailed audit reports with practical, actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit findings to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Support fraud investigations, special reviews, and ad-hoc audits as assigned by management.
• Collaborate and maintain effective communication with site personnel across all production units.
• Stay informed about updates in industry-specific regulations, internal audit standards, and operational best practices.
