Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate in Accounting (Masters/ MBA prefarable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare/ maintain independently Cashbook, Ledger, Receive and Payment Accounts.
∎ Bank Reconciliation, cash flow, balance sheet, cost accounting and audit etc. according to requirement and consent by superior.
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transactions in the books of accounts/accounting software package.
∎ Develop Financial Planning, develop, institute and ensure financial record keeping and regular reporting as per project.
∎ Ensure adequate Accounts and financial controls are installed. Provide Head of Accounts & Finance with an operating budget.
∎ Develop and maintain systems of internal control to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
∎ Must have skilled in Microsoft Excel and basic internet browsing.
∎ Perform any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Tally Software
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
