Job Context:

Able to work under pressure in Accounts and Finance dept. through dedicated Accounting Software.

Workplace: Dhaka, Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Assist the Supervisor in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Assist in product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable VAT, Tax, IAS, IFRS, and statutory requirements
• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Verify factory petty cash bills and ensure timely and accurate posting in the accounting software
• Perform regular intercompany ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor timely preparation and submission of customer invoices
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit observations
• Prepare and provide sales summary reports to the respective departments
• Perform other finance and accounts-related duties as assigned by the Department Head
