Senior Officer/Assistant Manager (Truck Operation)

Masters/MBA or Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Able to handle Transport fleet

Well conversant with computer system.

Willing to Travel frequently.

Good command on both Written and Spoken English.

Capable to incorporate rescue operation.

Ability of Multi-tasking and people handling & Quick decision maker.

Ability to work under pressure and diversified environment and handling factory transport.

Knowledge on distribution process and documentation.

Responsible for ensuring overall transport related functions to implement the strategies within the company.

Preparing & monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.

Taking proactive actions to ensure all the vehicle-related documents such as insurance, fitness, tax and registration papers are up to date.

Monitoring proper inventory level of all the required parts/components of vehicles.

Monitoring the vehicle tracking system.

Supervising the drivers regarding their duties and overall behaviors.

Maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.

Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

Dealing with concerned government agencies like BRTA & Police Traffic Department etc.

Prepare various types of reports as required by management.

Perform other duty as ordered by management.

To assist HOD in day to day activities.

Responsible to oversee the activities of colleagues those who are working under him.

Will be responsible to run his department in absence to HOD.

Any other job assigned by the HOD from time to time.
