Education
(b) MPhil or equivalent with at least 2 (two) 1st class/division/Grade A.
(c) 4-years Bachelor degree with Master’s. At least 3 (three) 1st class/division/Grade A.
No Third Class or CGPA below 3.50 will be accepted.
Experience :
(a) The candidate must have seven (7) years of teaching experience, three (3) years as Assistant Professor, with at least five (5) publications to his/her credit of which three (3) as Assistant Professor.
Or
(b) The candidate must have eight (8) years of teaching experience, four (4) years as Assistant Professor, with at least five (5) publications to his/her credit of which three (3) as Assistant Professor.
Or
(c) The candidate must have ten (10) years of teaching experience, four (4) years as Assistant Professor, with at least six (6) publications to his/her credit of which four (4) as Assistant Professor.

Responsibilities:
To actively participate in teaching while adhering to the guidelines of the UGC of Bangladesh's policy on outcome-based education.
To implement blended learning strategies for delivering course material.
To assume the complete range of responsibilities related to monitoring and evaluating students' progress toward achieving educational goals and learning outcomes by creating teaching and learning strategies that are appropriate for the institution and relevant study areas.
To provide students with excellent academic assistance and support in order to guarantee that they have a successful learning experience.
To contribute in preparing research strategies for the relevant department in order to plan, design, and coordinate extensive research activities and programs.
To publish results of research in articles and/or books which lead to an enhanced reputation in the subject area and enhance the department’s research profile.
To provide service to the department, institution, and community which includes serving on committees, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in outreach activities.
To exert himself/herself towards duties and assignments in right earnest.
