Position: Junior Digital Marketer
Salary: ৳10,000–15,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Location: Sector 7, Uttara, Dhaka
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage Facebook & Instagram pages and content
- Assist with Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Conduct audience and competitor research
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Assist with Meta Pixel, GTM, and other tracking activities
- Coordinate with the team for creatives and marketing activities
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of Canva and social media management
- Basic understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL and ROAS
- Good communication, research and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Freshers with a strong interest in Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply
