Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are a well established internationally reputed Trading Company engaged in International Trade and Marketing of Textile Machinery & Accessories which includes Spinning, Knitting, Weaving, Dyeing & Finishing etc. And Garment Accessories Manufacturing company producing different types of 100% export-oriented garment accessories.
∎ In order to provide better services to our valued customers, we need to expand our family member by recruiting some young, energetic, self-motivated and dynamic persons for immediate appointment.
∎ Lead the Accounts & Finance department, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
∎ Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including AP/AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
∎ Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Supervise tax planning, VAT returns, Bond license and liaise with regulatory authorities.
∎ Monitor internal control systems and suggest improvements for financial efficiency and risk management.
∎ Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management.
∎ Ensure timely closing of books and financial audits.
∎ Monitor inventory control system and audit regularly.
∎ Prepare Monthly sales report, Purchase Report, Accounts Receivable & Payable Statement.
∎ Ensure all outstanding collection properly and deposit them in the respective bank account.
