Responsibilities & Context:
  • A complete knowledge and expertise in managing a company`s accounting and financial operations in a professional manner.

  • Oversee the branch activity properly.

  • Tally ERP software daily entry.

  • Online CRM software usage.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare daily receipts and payment statements.

  • Process Daily Internal Payments.

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense reports.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

  • Review of financial records and documentation.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Manage all accounting and financial transactions and Bank reconciliation.

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable & ensure timely bank payments.

  • Audit financial transactions and documents and comply with financial policies and regulations.

  • Maintain all financial records and books of accounts and preserved supporting documents.

  • Maintain Petty cash, party ledger, monthly basis actual provision and settlement as well as inventory management and year-end stock taking.

  • Prepare and maintain all types of vouchers, cash books, payroll entries, bill registers, ledgers & different registers related to Finance.

  • Proper knowledge about Vat and Tax related issues.

  • In-depth management reporting.

  • Purchase handling regularly.

  • Attendance and salary management.

  • Have to perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors.
