Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior IT Support/Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with hands-on experience in network devices, hardware/software troubleshooting, and local networking. This role is crucial for maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless technical support for our organization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik, and Fortinet.
Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers and access points.
Monitor and manage local networking and IT devices/assets.
Assist in network monitoring and ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems.
Support corporate IT needs and provide timely solutions to technical problems.
