Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound international calls promptly.

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

  • Offer accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods. 

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, account information, and filed documents. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in a customer support role.

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skill in English.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
