∎ Professional Certification: CACC Partly Qualified prefer.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, LC related work, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge in import & Export regarding LC opening.
∎ To check & monitor all LC drafts which include corresponding with banks & suppliers, LC amendment, documents retirement formalities & maintaining foreign payments.
∎ Bill preparation & posting into accounting software.
∎ Landed Cost & LC Register Maintains.
∎ Preparation of Export Shipping Documents.
∎ Knowledge in LTR, DL, Term Loans, etc.
∎ Final bill Reconciliation with the party & Reconcile bank statements.
∎ Maintain & record daily cash and bank transactions.
∎ Maintain & record daily ready-mix delivery as per delivery challan and check all kinds of bills as per rate quotations, challan MRR, GRN.
∎ Check monthly daily basis labor salary sheet, various commissions, and food allowance as per company policy.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day accounts operations.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
∎ Good communication skills
∎ MS Office Applications
∎ Accounting Software
