Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance & Banking

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• At least 2 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering company, Consultancy Firm

• Maintain and prepare all kinds of vouchers, cashbooks, bankbooks, disbursements, receipts generally on a day-to-day basis and ensure expenses are reasonable, allowable to the organization.

• Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the organization.

• Keep track of all the financial transactions (bank and cash).

• Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for the audit process.

• Prepare regular financial reports and works with finance ledger for timely submission of reports.

• Prepare monthly logistic report to CEO.

• Ensure the collection of the payment from clients.

• keep track on the cost and finding way to minimize the cost.

• Submission of Govt. VAT & Tax Return and other works.

• Should have knowledge to operate Accounting, inventory Software.

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in guidance with CEO/management regarding banking & other’s works.

• Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
