Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, qualify leads, and recommend delivery solutions.
∎ Identify and acquire merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead conversion, upsell logistics solutions, and achieve acquisition targets.
∎ Educate customers on pricing, service agreements, and market trends while ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, optimize strategies, and provide insights for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Driver Operations, and Customer Service teams to enhance lead generation and customer experience.
∎ Support outbound sales for joint campaigns, events, and market intelligence to refine inbound strategies.
