Responsibilities & Context:
Drafting plaint, w/s, petitions, memo, complaints and other pleading
Appearance in the Judges Court, Dhaka and Revenue courts including AC Lands and ADC revenue courts for filing, hearing and other steps.
Legal vetting, searching and Legal opinion for opinions and registration of transfer instruments.
Maintaining liaison with Banks/NBFI and govt/private clients.
Other jobs as may be required for civil, criminal and corporate issues
