Education:
∎ A Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably in Accounting) from any reputed university
∎ A Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably in Accounting) from any reputed university

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts department will be preferred.
∎ Good understanding of Accounts, Costing, and Inventory management.
∎ Experience of working in Accounts Software Operations.
∎ Expertise in computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
∎ Good analytical ability, report writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jssist to conduct the day-to-day accounts of the center.
∎ Assist to maintain the income and expenditure accounts.
∎ Verify the monthly stock reports as per standard procedure.
∎ Check the wages payments, register books, and master roll.
∎ Check the bill vouchers & other financial evidence on a frequent basis.
∎ Conduct the perpetual inventory as per requirements.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
