Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC/ Diploma or Equivalent degree with concentration on Textile or Skills in Cutting & Sewing from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Senior Instructor to ensure all necessary infrastructure and equipment are available in time and properly maintained
∎ Assist to develop CBT modules and necessary teaching learning materials for theoretical, practical and industrial attachments are developed
∎ Arrange timely assessment, certification and accreditation of learners
∎ Conduct Competency Based Training, arrange Competency Based Assessment of learners
∎ Ensure all training packages include theoretical courses, practical courses and industrial attachments
∎ Maintain effective communication and provide information to prospective students, guardians and other stakeholders as needed
∎ Ensure placement of the graduate learners in renowned garments industries
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate having previous work experience in providing training, experience in cutting and sewing and having certification of NTVQF Level -1 on SMO or TDM (Tailoring & Dress Making)
