Job Context:
∎ Leisure Innocent business is growing online & selected supershops plus B2B. Our categories has prospect to introduce & sell through retail channel. Accordingly, we need to recruit an Assistant Sales Manager to support the operation.
∎ Department: Head of Leisure Innocent Retail Sales Team also oversee the online sales performance
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Head Office
∎ Working Hours: Six days a week

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead sales team (Sales Representatives) & (telemarketing) through coaching, motivation & guiding selling skills to reach sales target & ensure sales growth month by month.
∎ Engage & manage retail distributors with specified terms & conditions that suits our business.
∎ Explore further sales channels, category optimization & introduction of new SKUs to grow sales.
∎ Introducing KPI for sales team, measuring regularly and thereby develop individual performance & ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Coaching on retail selling skill & successful call technics and complaint handling.
∎ Coordinate & support to engage marketing team for effective & regular communication to grow sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years' experience on retail sales & added advantage of having experience on online sales management.
∎ Must acquire our product knowledge & benefits.
∎ Sales Planning based on business plan & execution.
∎ Necessary experience & skill of retail management, product placement, distribution management and expiry or damage management.
∎ Retail listing, route planning & delivery management.
∎ SR management to collect orders from retail shops, arrange delivery through distributors, monitor & reporting product offtake, market stock & finally coordinate cash collections from retail.
∎ Proactive & self-motivated to engage sales & marketing team to reach new consumers.
∎ Required knowledge & experience to analyze & improve online customer behavior, successful call ratio, order per call, calling schedule, maintain customer database, SEO etc.
∎ Ensure timely delivery.
∎ Regularly reporting on achievement, progress & upcoming action plans.

Salary: Negotiable
