Dairy, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support sales team by introducing new dealers and corporate parties.
∎ Complete sales target assigned by the management.
∎ Conduct research on marketing trends and issues, analyse current sales.
∎ Evaluate attendance, tour plan, target & achievement of sales team.
∎ Implement promotional and advertising programs as assigned for the specified areas.
∎ Determine profitability and establish a baseline for action and operational changes.
∎ Ensure proper documentation during appointment and termination of distributors.
∎ Monitor distributors trade activities and maintain distributor's sales and stock report.
∎ Work with the higher management on sales recruitment and admin issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 46 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in using computer, especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
