Job Context:
∎ Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd. the first social commerce platform in Bangladesh (a Singapore JV company) is seeking for experienced Sales Personnel to boost Fanfare`s sales efforts and initiatives in Bangladesh. This individual`s primary responsibility will be securing new business opportunities with major local and international companies for their advertising and marketing needs. He/she will also be engaging with Advertising Agencies which have significant advertising budgets for their clients. We are looking for someone with a track record of generating sales in the advertising business and managing a team of salespeople under him/her. This individual should have a solid understanding of digital advertising and be able to achieve sales goals and objectives while identifying new opportunities and sales pipelines. An ideal candidate must be a quick learner who is willing to learn, has strong communication skills, and likes working in a fast-paced, growing company.
∎ This person will have a Sales Team reporting to him/her and have the support and collaboration of Campaign Managers to execute the advertising campaigns along with the Creators/Influencers for the clients to achieve the desired outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating Sales Independently and leading the assigned Sales Team
∎ Online/offline Campaign and Sponsorship selling to a Brand.
∎ Selling Traffic, Conversion, Partnership, Content & Brand Awareness for Social Media Channels.
∎ Selling of media time/space to digital marketing agencies or departments of targeted companies.
∎ Tap on existing relationships with agencies and brands/brand owners to generate sales.
∎ For those prospective clients that you do not have existing relationships with, undertake research of these target companies and approach them either directly or via agencies to introduce Fanfare and educate them regarding our expertise, and ability to help them improve their Sales and market share.
∎ Prospecting, securing meetings and closing advertising campaign deals to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and delegate Sales Executives to follow up.
∎ Establish KPI's for each team, develop resources, and roles.
∎ Report quantifiable deliverables and ensure their productivity.
∎ Assist reporting manager in all aspect of sales activities to achieve business goal.
∎ Interface closely with catalog, media and sales teams daily.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of the local market's digital advertising sales process and space.
∎ Strong relationships with management of Advertising Agencies and Marketing Heads of direct brand advertisers.
∎ Successful track record in sales, preferably in the digital advertising sector, otherwise in the traditional advertising industry involving selling advertising to clients.
∎ Over 4 years of experience in the Media Sales and Advertising industry, involving advertising campaign management.
∎ Strong understanding of social media, Influencers, content creators and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem (including media, operations, analytics).
∎ Excellent English Skills
∎ Effective communicator with excellent leadership skills.
∎ Proven management skills and ability to motivate employees to produce results.
∎ Knowledge of current trends in the local social media space.
∎ Ability to interact with clients and employees on all levels, supervise and build teams, delegate responsibilities, and develop employee talents.
∎ Ambitious and hungry to advance his/her career. Aggressive yet refined approach to Sales. Persistent and persuasive.
∎ Preferably an extroverted person who loves to interact with people and have the confidence to establish and build relationships with senior management and decision makers.
