Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer needs, demonstrate and explain company’s products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
∎ Identify sales opportunities by generating leads.
∎ Collaborate with core sales team to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to set goals and targets.
∎ Should be able to handle LISPs, Corporate Clients as well as retail customers.
∎ Address issues bordering on delivery of services and assist in solving customer complaints.
∎ Perform administrative tasks of recording, filing and inventory management (If necessary).
∎ Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good relationship that fosters cross selling & upselling opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have prior internet services provision background or have knowledge of the ISP marketing
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources
∎ Good command in both spoken and written in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to implement target oriented sales plan.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.
∎ Should be able to work across the country.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and Social Media platforms such as, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube etc. Besides social media platform, should have knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
